What is Manager Cloud Edition?

Manager Cloud Edition is a hosted version of Manager accounting software. Your data is stored securely in the cloud, accessible from any device with a web browser. Each customer gets their own subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.manager.io).

How do I start a free trial?

Click "Start Free Trial" above. You'll need to create an account (or sign in), choose a subdomain for your site, select your preferred region, and set a password. Your site will be ready instantly with a 14-day free trial.

How do I access my Cloud Edition site?

Go directly to your subdomain URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.manager.io). Sign in with the username "administrator" and the password you set during setup.

How do I subscribe after my free trial?

Use "Start Subscription" to subscribe to Manager Cloud before your free trial ends. You'll be redirected to a secure checkout page to enter your payment details.

Can I extend my free trial?

Yes. Use "Extend Free Trial" to extend your trial by 14 days. This can only be done once every 3 months. You must be on a free trial (without an active subscription) to use this feature.

When should I restart my cloud server?

Restart your server if it becomes unresponsive or if you want to force an upgrade to the latest version of Manager. Restarting is a quick operation and your data is preserved.

Can I change my subdomain?

Yes. Use "Change Subdomain" to change your site's URL (e.g., from oldname.manager.io to newname.manager.io). Your data and settings are preserved. After changing, you'll need to use the new URL to access your site.

I forgot my administrator password. How do I reset it?

Use "Reset Password" to set a new password for the administrator account on your Cloud Edition site. After resetting, you can sign in with the username "administrator" and your new password.

Where can I find my invoices?

Use "Invoice History" to view and download all your past invoices. You'll be redirected to a secure billing portal where you can access PDF copies of your invoices.

How do I switch to annual billing?

Use "Switch to Annual" to change from monthly to annual billing. You'll save 2 months by paying for 10 months upfront. Your annual subscription starts immediately, and you'll receive a prorated credit for the remaining time on your current monthly period.

How do I update my payment method?

Use "Update Payment Method" to change the credit card or payment method used for your subscription. You'll be redirected to a secure billing portal where you can add a new card or update your existing payment details.

How do I update my billing information?

Use "Update Billing Information" to change your billing name, email address, physical address, phone number, or tax ID. You'll be redirected to a secure billing portal where you can update these details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use "Cancel Subscription" to cancel your Cloud Edition subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Your data will be preserved until you delete your account.

Can I undo a subscription cancellation?

Yes. If you've cancelled your subscription but changed your mind, use "Restore Subscription" to undo the cancellation. Your subscription will continue as normal and you'll be charged at the next billing date.

How do I delete my account?

Use "Delete Account" to permanently delete your Cloud Edition site. You must first cancel any active subscription. This action cannot be undone and all your data will be permanently deleted.
